Love this place. The teachers are super kind, energetic, charismatic, and helpful. I've been at it for only a couple months, but their attention to my form, even during bigger classes, have helped me from cementing any bad habits while I learn all of these new skills. I really enjoy the partnered exercises they have during every class, too. It brings an element of camaraderie and teamwork I wasn't expecting. Props to Jamieson and Domenic for especially fun classes! Thanks guys!

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought the 3 class deal they advertise without knowing they want you to BUY a membership before even starting the class. The man I dealt with was extremely rude from the beginning. He literally told me I couldn’t take the class if I couldn’t afford the membership. Why even have the 3 classes advertised? Scam. I looked for the membership options before even signing up and was told they would talk to me about it when I arrived for class. This guy put such a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend to anyone who is even remotely interested in trying out kickboxing. After seeing how they respond to bad reviews it does not surprise me. False advertising for sure and only want your money. Guess you’re not allowed to try out a class? Such a joke of a business.

The classes are fun and a great workout. All of the instructors are super supportive. For me, kickboxing is a great decision for both physical and mental health 🙏

I love this place and this workout. All of the instructors are awesome, breaking down steps in a way I've never had anyone take the time to do in a group class. It's clean, friendly, and consistent.

This place has seriously changed my way of thinking when it comes to working out. I love that I can do this with my wife, but also that I've made some really good friends here. So glad I took the trial classes and made the choice to stay.
