Awesome staff, extremely helpful and encouraging, AMAZING PATRONAGE! I'm not sure what the staff has done or if it's just the area, but the patronage at this store is unilaterally amazing. The first time I went in with my friends all the other guests were welcoming us in, smiles, handshakes, and on our way out after our cigars it was plenty of be safe and have a good night from at least 6 different people on our way out. Curating a customer base like that must not have been easy, but it's been consistent every time I've been since that first time. Awesome location, right next to a bunch of shops and the alamo Drafthouse. Seating options are excellent they even have an outdoor area with good tree coverage and comfortable seating. Four9 Cigars has it figured out, my lease ends in September and I'm genuinely comparing the apartments im looking at to how close they are to the Four9 as a checkbox. Still worth the 30 minute drive from my current place though. P.S., try their house cigar, a creamy Nicaraguan roll, super nice draw and pairs excellent with bourbon or rye whiskey

Very helpful staff. I stopped him to just grab a couple quick smooth cigars smoke while I smoke a brisket in pork butt this evening the staff members quick with a couple suggestions very helpful very nice atmosphere I will be back
