These guys were great when installing! Very professional, courteous, and explained everything that was going on. Zach is a genius for taking the time to inspect the new unit after installation, and discovering the unit was mis-wired. While supervisors were on the way out to figure out the problem, Zach started investigating and figured it out!!

Came home to a hot house this afternoon. July 3rd. A/C on but not cooling. Called Cosby about 3:30 pm. Laura answered and quickly got things moving. Levi, our technician, pulled in driveway at 5:00 just as the rain cut loose. He came inside and checked what he could, all looked good. Out in the rain he went to continue diagnosing while l tried holding an umbrella. Determined capacitor was bad. Quickly replaced and a/c is cool now! Good job Levi. Thanks! We were very pleased with the salesperson, available financing and the professional installers of our new AC & Furnace. The installers kept us updated on what was being completed and what still needed to be done with time estimate. The employee that came to go over all work that had been done was extremely thorough and spent alot of time making sure everything was completed and safe. Very impressed with the whole process of getting our new HVAC system installed!
