I don’t want to be rude by any means but I asked for a haircut and for my beard to be shaped and the gentleman that did it, did an awful job and left big gouges in my beard and weird unblended places on my head. I could tell something was off when he all of the sudden stopped shaping my beard and had a concerned look on his face. I would have no problem if he had just told me that he messed up but instead of being honest with his work he proceeded to make me pay for the hack job that was done. Quite frustrating to say the least.
