Don’t ever work here/or interview here. I was stood up by the owner of the company. I have waited 20 minutes and still no “group interview” the communication sucks here. On The Spot is a responsive, motivated, effective, trustworthy and pleasant contractor. Since 2013, On The Spot continues to make my job as manager of a 75,000 sq. ft building far easier. I no longer need to train custodians or janitors, and I know that the job is done well every time without typical oversight and review. They consistently review their own services to ensure their own quality. Virtually the entire process is all effectively managed by On The Spot.Although it is not in my personality to gush, On The Spot comes the closest to that standard of perfection in service and customer service!
