We recently moved across country to Louisiana and were fortunate enough to have found Shaun's YouTube channel. We made the decision to reach out to Shaun and were impressed instantly. Not only did it feel like we were meeting a local celebrity, but he also truly made us feel valued as clients which is comforting when you're moving to unfamiliar territory. The most impressive thing is that he was the same guy from the videos. He was an absolute blast to be around and made the ever so daunting and stressful house hunting adventure seem fun and easy. I'm someone who is easily caught up in the details. With that said, I asked a lot from Shaun and he delivered. The same level of detail and quality that went into his YouTube channel, was the exact same level of quality and detail that was delivered with each response. I found Shaun Ramos through his YouTube channel Living in Louisiana when I was relocating from Florida to Baton Rouge for work. I didn’t know anything about Baton Rouge, so having a real estate agent who actually understood relocation made a huge difference. Shaun helped me buy a townhouse that fit my budget and what I needed. A little while later I had to move again, so I reached back out to Shaun to sell it for me. Since I was already out of state, he handled everything and made the whole process simple. I don't even know where to begin. Shaun is excellent!! From first contacting him to signing closing documents and beyond Shaun was extraordinary. He was always attentive and answered texts, emails and/or phone calls on a timely manner. If we didn't understand something he found a way to explain it so we did. We moved 1300+ miles and Shaun made it so much easier. He showed us houses on short notice when we flew down for a few days. He also went to house, made a video and uploaded it so we could see the house. He was very good at pointing out pros and cons and other notable features like the neighborhood or yard/property features. We ended up putting in an offer on a house that we had only seen through Shauns video. We did a walk through the day before closing and there were no surprises because of how great Shauns video was. Shaun also had great recommendations for lenders, HVAC services, pest control companies and so much more. He is very knowledgeable of the area and the properties. I do not have the words to express the gratitude we have for Shaun and the excellent service he provided!!

Shaun is experienced in real estate, and I watched him fine tune what he showed us based on what we showed interest in. He didn't try to pick for us or sway us any way, just brought us to homes and let us form our own opinion. He's easy to get in touch with, and very personable. He made the home buying process easy for someone that knows very little about it. In our situation, we had to get out of a rental quickly.
