Wendell was so great. I came home to a unit that completely stopped working with 2 dogs really going through it with heat. When I called Mountain View Heating and Air and explained my situation he was very understanding and came to the aid thinking it was something easy. When it wasn't and a whole new unit is needed; he was professional, knowledgeable, and explanatory about what was going wrong and why. He gave me his honest opinion on what I should do and has me on a plan for the fixes. Right now, Wendell and Mountain View Heating and Air have an 11/10 from me if I could give it. - Update, they performed the replacement of the unit today and all went smoothly and they were extremely patient as I worked around putting up and letting out my pets. Fantastic crew they sent, and so far everything works fantastic and I have a huge upgrade over my last setup. Great work these guys do!

Had my entire HVAC unit replaced. Indoor and outdoor on a double wide mobile home. The team at Mountain View did immaculate work. Coming from someone who used to install HVAC when he was younger I was very impressed by the quality and cleanliness of their install.
