I came home from work and my A/C unit wasn’t keeping up with the set temperature. Air came out of the vents wasn’t cold. I called and Wendell came out 30 minutes after I called. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. He explained my options. I selected to have a new system installed. His crew came out two days later and installed a new system for me. If you ever need a service call for heat and air, I highly recommend that you call these guys. Their service call costs only $19. If you are replacing your old unit, be sure to ask the about the extended warranty option. Kudos to Wendell and the crew.

My ac stopped working during the heatwave. Wendell came out first thing in the morning and had it running again within 20 mins. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the issue and that the repair didn't break the bank. The company's service fee can't be beat, the first place I called wanted $100 to just look at it. Wendell included the $20 service fee into the cost of the repair. If I have any issues in the future I'll definitely be giving them a call and will recommend others do the same.
