We went once to Granero just before we left PV last year, and decided to check it out on our return trip this year. It became our absolute "go to" spot. We went a few times just on our own for drinks (my husband loved the Anilla de Fuego spicy ale), met up with six other friends for lunch one day, and had drinks and nachos there on our last day. The atmosphere is great - roomy and cool, the food is very good, and our server each time was Gabriela who was absolutely lovely to us. Only good things to say about the whole place.

Came here to watch the super bowl- top notch experience. bought tickets ahead of time (800 pesos/person), and it was super organized. we arrived about 90 minutes before the game, and there were tons of spots left. there is not a bad seat in the house, as they have tons of screen and are willing to work with your group.Of the 800 peso ticket, 650 goes toward food/drink and 150 toward gratuity. we drank/ate till our hearts content and the 650 covered most of it. drinks came our fast, food was slow but as to be expected with so many people. waiters were at our table constantly, never had to seek them out.everything we ate/drank was delicious.Also- they have AC. enough said.

We stopped by for drinks the night before visiting for lunch. We ordered drinks, sides, salads, main courses. As they don’t have coffee or espresso on the menu, I stepped next door to get a latte and brought it back to enjoy before our lunch. The staff then informed us we needed to step outside with the coffee.I can absolutely understand no outside food and drinks but when we ordered over $100 worth of food and drinks from Granero, you’d think they’d be flexible enough to let us enjoy a coffee before our food was served. We literally had to stand in the sidewalk out from to drink our coffees.Horrible customer service.We won’t be back, ever!

We arrived as a group of five and were asked to wait outside for a few minutes while a table was being prepared. While we were waiting, a group of six arrived and was seated at the very table that had been prepared for us. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they were dismissive and rude. Despite the upstairs area being completely empty, they refused to seat us there.
