Had multiple leaks in March 2025 - spoke with Andrii the company owner over the phone, he was extremely helpful and flexible. He was willing to drive on the very same day from Missisauga to Oshawa and fixed the leakage! He then came another time to replace the roof, everything was done in just one day. In February 2025 we had a roof leak after multiple heavy snow storms (for context we have a split level duplex midtown Toronto with 2 flat roofs). Andriy from Home Star Roofing came promptly even in freezing conditions and stopped the leak within hours. We had additional issues with water drainage and Andriy and Sergey came up with some creative ways to resolve our problems. We had them replace both of our roofs, add additional drainage gutters which should remove the pulling of water that was happening on one of our roofs. They also installed black corrugated metal paneling on the wall that was impacted by the water drainage the most, in order to protect the brick structure of the house. Not only does this solution seem practical but it also ended up looking great. Serguy saves the day. We thought we hired a reputable roofing company that ended up being a nightmare. We had 3 separate leaks and a ton of deficiencies. We got referred to Serguy and he came out right away to investigate. Took a ton of videos and pics and explained everything very throughly.
