Came into town for a work trip a day early just to workout here. This gym is a fantastic mix of heavy lifting machines, cardio, mobility areas and recovery zones. And the black and metal designs give it a great vibe. Whoever made the custom metal lockers - my applause.

This was this best gym to visit down in Nashville, hands down an amazing spot while visiting. Sauna, Showers, just name it. The recovery was just as good as my time spent in the gym. Everything, and lots of different equipment for any fitness level.

QNTM Fit Life is easily one of the best gyms in Nashville! The facility is top-notch, the equipment is great, and the atmosphere is even better. What really sets QNTM apart is the community — everyone is welcoming, motivating, and genuinely supportive. It feels like more than just a gym; it feels like a community of people who actually want to see each other succeed. Highly recommend QNTM to anyone looking for a great place to work out and stay motivated! And the playlists are fire if rap/hip hop and EDM music is your vibe!

Traveled to Nashville for a reunion and came across this gym. RC and the team made me feel right at home!If you’re in to a high quality fitness scene this is the spot to be. The gym has everything you need, very clean, and has great energy. Highly recommend for anyone who takes their fitness serious!

They have extensive recovery options including red light therapy, IV therapy, blood marker testing, and even an in-house physical therapist. They also offer tanning beds, which adds another layer to the overall experience and convenience of the facility.One feature that really impressed me was their rewards program. Members get access to discounts on major national brands, hotels, and a wide range of other perks, which adds a ton of value beyond just the gym itself.The staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to give me a full tour while I was visiting from out of state.
