**Gym does not refund or credit **Signed up for a month, was only able to use a single day before work no notice relocated me across the country.Called the same day to notify and ask for a refund (even a partial one), got the run around every day and was told to email, no answer to that as well.Finally got ahold of memberships a week later and was told a flat no, no partials, no credits, no freezing account.For a locally owned gym with a busy amount of traffic I was pretty disappointed.The gym itself has everything you can think of for equipment and free weights and good atmosphere while attending.. just watch out for their memberships.

Visiting for a few days. Paid for a 3 day pass. Gym is amazing. Cool staff too. Wish I had a gym this nice back home. Probably one of the best gyms I've ever been to in my life.

Came to visit Nashville a third time and found a gym to use straight from airport while our room wasn’t ready and it was the best thing I could have done. Everyone was REALLY nice and the place was clean and had everything I needed workout wise. It also had I.v. Therapy, tanning and red light therapy. Only got one small photo but my boyfriend mark and I were very impressed! Already recommended to friends coming to visit.
