In town for the marathon, came here because they had the best deal I found for legit recovery work for before and after the race. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and well maintained. The gym and rooms were well laid out and organized. Only weights, machines, recovery room and class rooms. No pools or outside areas, but as far as gyms go, I was very impressed.

Dropped in here for a workout while in Nashville for the weekend. I have worked out at a lot of gyms, and this is definitely one of the best I’ve been to. Great strength training equipment, they have everything you could possibly need, along with a good variety of cardio machines. The staff was super friendly and engaging. Highly recommend.

Super convenient location with a ton of amenities at a good price. They also sell pre workout, protein shakes, bars, etc which definitely comes in handy. Friendly, welcoming staff especially Mark at the front desk, who did an awesome job showing me around and answering all my questions. 🙌🏼

Stopped in at QNTM Fit Life while visiting Nashville and had a great experience. The facility is clean, the equipment selection is excellent, and the overall vibe made it an easy place to get a solid workout in. They offer daily, multi-day, and weekly passes, which made it easy to drop in as a visitor. Capped it off with the sauna, which was a nice touch after training. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a quality gym.

Came in from out of town and immediately loved the gym. There is tons of equipment and plenty of work out space. I would definitely come back!

*Edit*Had a minor issue with membership credit and if you can see the response below QNTM management/Owner reached out directly and made it right almost immediately.The gym itself is immaculate. As you walk in almost every type of cardio machine was spotted, mobility/warmup/stretch area, Olympic platforms, near wall to wall dumb bell rack with lower to higher weights, more squat racks, and an immense amount of Gucci plate loaded machines and cables for all body parts. Bathroom had a sauna as well.Staff appeared motivated, fitness minded, and eager to help. They also offered a Veterans discount. Would recommend/train here again.
