Amazing gym. Coming from Australia, they are manned for 24 hours. Everything well maintained. In terms or recovery equipment I am yet to see a better gym. Most important, the team is super helpful and the best in the business.

A colleague and I were in Nashville for work recently and wanted to make sure we found a decent gym to go to.QTMN Fit Life is far better than decent. It is hard to find a 24 hour staffed gym that you can walk in anytime and purchase a day pass. They have everything you could need as far as equipment goes (quantity & quality). The atmosphere was fantastic. You can tell their culture and community is tight knit.I can't say enough about the staff. You can tell that they care and want to provide a top notch experience for their members and guests.BIG kudos to Joe, the GM, for leading by example. This dude was all over the place at 5am cleaning, organizing weights and interacting with everyone. That type of leadership is what sets the tone for success.We will definitely be back to QTMN anytime we are in Nashville!

My go to gym when I'm visiting Nashville. Great equipment. Friendly space. Plenty of space, even during the morning rush. If there was a gym like this near me in NJ, I might not be a home gym guy.

Great experience! Everyone on the QNTM team was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facility o is loaded with a large variety of equipment to fit everyone’s needs. I look forward to my workouts and recovery there!

I bought a 3-day pass while traveling for business. This gym is awesome. It is large and did not seem over-crowded. There are so many choices of machines and free weights to choose from. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The gym was clean and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this fitness center while traveling to Nashville!

What a great experience. The staff was great and easily accommodating for a one day pass. Whoever built this place had such a great vision for an old building. There is something her for anyone on any type of fitness journey or routine. This place is really big , two floors of amazing equipment lines. Very clean and well maintained. If any gives this place less than 5 stars , they are a “ Karen”

We were in town for a conference, amazing gym. Very clean and they have everything you need. You got a great value for the $20 fee.
