Just was so easy to work and communicate with. We started with just the trunk of one of our cars that had a smelly food mishap. He really got the smell out and the carpet looks brand new. I was so happy that I hired him on the spot to detail my 11 year old van that had 3 teenagers driving it to the beach, to Hana, etc. He spent a lot of time making sure to get it as perfect as he could.I highly recommend Justin. Aloha, Elite Detail has many attributes, mainly Justin and his knowledge and experience. I have maintained my own car’s appearance since the 70s. I enjoy it. However, I have noticed there are so many products, with so many specific properties it’s hard to tell what’s a waste of money. We now have paints that change color, clear coat, buffers and polishers with different speeds recommended for certain applications etc….there’s some really good stuff out there. It’s not cheap, and you need to know what you’re doing. You can do some damage. JUSTIN knows his equipment and his chemicals. He knows when to use them, or not. You can be to aggressive and make a mess of things. He explains the why and how’s so you can have comfort knowing you’re in good hands. This all applies to the interior as well. Armor all used to be it. Now dashes are made of different materials that take specific products.
