In December 2024, I admitted to myself I was unhappy with my body- the heaviest I had been, the weakest I had been and felt exhausted all of the time.I saw an Facebook advert for Plan B Fitness and decided to book a call to see what it was all about. Speaking to Chris about my goals- to be stronger, fitter, energetic and healthier, he really made me feel like this was achievable and so I signed up.Six weeks later, I have lost over a stone, my back is giving me less problems, I am stronger, I am more energetic and I no longer have cravings for sweet and salty foods which I now know is because my sugar levels are remaining more balanced due to the lifestyle I have adopted. I also love the 3 x week group exercise sessions- the camaraderie keeps you motivated, even at 6am in the morning and they are a great combination of strength based and cardio exercise.Speaking to Chris at the end of the six weeks, I have decided to sign up for the monthly member ship as although I have made great progress, I want to continue this journey I am on and I know that Chris & the Plan B team can help me with this.Thank you Chris and Plan B team and to anyone considering joining, I would highly recommend.
