I first met Rob, the Founder of APE, when I needed a building inspection on a property for purchase as a rental. He was very friendly, helpful and professional .In the end he wasn’t able to do the building inspection but helped me find someone to complete it in the timeframe that I needed .Once I had purchased the property, I contacted Rob to do a quote for a termite treatment, again he was friendly, helpful, professional and his price was very reasonable. The work was completed on 8 October , I was told I would receive the inspection report soon after. On 26 November, after trying to contact him half a dozen times via calls, email and text, I was getting pretty annoyed that I had not received the inspection report yet. I sent him a text message stating I was starting to wonder whether the Work had actually been completed correctly, I received the inspection report about 30 minutes later. The report seemed very vague, I felt that it had been rushed with little care given. It is a shame that the service I received at the end was a much lower standard than I first received. Less
