Oakley Homes were great. Being out of state and having the work done, the communication was fantastic. When it comes to major work on your home, communication is what you rely on. The pricing was also competitive and fair. The home I have, that they worked on, it was built in 1980, and i'm sure I will be calling them again. If you need repairs, you should call them!

We needed a bathroom added to our finished basement, and was referred to Oakley Homes and Construction. From the moment I met with Sean and Logan, I knew we were in good hands. I didn't know the first thing about adding a room, but they were so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable that I instantly felt at ease. They got back to us quickly with a fair quote and were able to kick off the project right away. Honestly, what I loved most was their communication, they kept me posted on exactly when the crew would be arriving each day, so there were zero surprises or guessing games. To top it off, they finished right on schedule and on budget.I absolutely love how the new bathroom turned out and will definitely be calling them for future projects. If you need any work done, I can't recommend Sean and Logan enough!

My mom's house needed major updates and renovations after my dad died, and I was at a complete loss on how to get any of them done. I figured the best way to start was to just look for a general contractor, so I searched for highly-rated general contractors who serviced the Ogden Valley area and came across a few, including Oakley Homes & Construction.Sean was quick to respond to my inquiries for an estimate, and he was out at the property to do a walkthrough within the week. The whole process of getting the renovations and figuring out funding was overwhelming to me at the start, but Sean was amazing at walking us through the type of financing options that would be available to us and would most likely work best for us, and he recommended us an amazing lender who was able to get us taken care of financing-wise.In the end, we ended up going with another contractor simply based on my mom's personal preference, since she would be the one on site for the majority of the renovation, and I wanted to let her choose. However, I will absolutely be contacting Sean for future projects. I highly recommend him for his thorough attention to details and amazing patience and communication. If you're looking for a general contractor who communicates well and is transparent about every step of the way, then I definitely recommend Oakley Homes & Construction.
