The whole process of getting the renovations and figuring out funding was overwhelming to me at the start, but Sean was amazing at walking us through the type of financing options that would be available to us and would most likely work best for us, and he recommended us an amazing lender who was able to get us taken care of financing-wise.In the end, we ended up going with another contractor simply based on my mom's personal preference, since she would be the one on site for the majority of the renovation, and I wanted to let her choose. However, I will absolutely be contacting Sean for future projects. I highly recommend him for his thorough attention to details and amazing patience and communication. If you're looking for a general contractor who communicates well and is transparent about every step of the way, then I definitely recommend Oakley Homes & Construction.

Sean and Oakley Homes and Construction are excellent! I have used them for a variety of projects including window replacements and troubleshooting issues in my rental property. Sean is always super responsive and gets things done timely. He has been a lifesaver for me on several occasions as I live in another state and can't get eyes on issues easily myself. He comes up with solutions and coordinates with subcontractors to complete projects and resolve any problems with the property. Highly recommended.
