Robert and his sister have been to my house twice. They are both very personable. The second time they came, I paid a lot to solve an odor problem with a rug. Unfortunately, the odor has stayed. They said they would come back, but they haven't :(

They completely exceeded my expectations in every way.My carpets look brand new — like, I genuinely didn’t how fresh and clean they would look afterwards. They got out stains I thought would be hard to get out, and the entire space feels refreshed. On top of that, the smell is AMAZING — clean, fresh, and not overpowering at all.What really stood out was how professional and easy they were to work with. They were super informative, walked me through everything they were doing, and made sure I felt confident in the process. Robert and Morine did a great job! I waited a bit before posting to make sure none of the spots magically reappeared as they have in the past, once the carpets dried fully. I am very happy to report NO RETURNING SPOTS!! They are a bit pricey, but the results speak for themselves...carpets look as close to new as 15+ yr old carpets can! Will definitely call them again.

I recently had carpet cleaned in three rooms, stairs, six dining room chairs and hallway done by True Clean and they did a fantastic job, carpets look new. They are friendly and do a follow up to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend their services.

After cleaning, the carpets were left overly wet and took more than 24 hours to dry. The dampness created an unpleasant smell throughout the house, making the rooms uncomfortable to use.

Robert was up front about everything he was going to do and he did a great job. He was a little late for the appointment, BUT he communicated with me the entire time. I would definitely use Tru Clean again!
