I contacted Robert with True Clean to look at my hardwood floors in Raleigh North Carolina after 2 other companies informed me that I needed to replace my floors. I found Robert through google and viewed his website which is where I saw a lot of my own problems being described and so I decided to contact him. He was very friendly over the phone and explained everything to me in depth, we then arranged for an in home consultation so he could view our floors in person.Robert performed an aggressive screen and recoat to remove the scratches from our floors and he suggested a satin finish. OMG!! My floors look AMAZING, I'm so glad I contacted Robert and saved myself the headache and the $15k-20k I was quoted to have my floors replaced.If your looking for a reputable company to take care of your hardwood floors Robert is your guy. Robert just performed literal black magic on our 10-year-old hardwood floors. I’m pretty sure they had more scratches than a cat-scratch post, but now they look so good I feel guilty walking on them without wearing soft velvet slippers. (Which are no where near as affordable as having Robert and his crew come by).The man rolled up, worked his wizardry in a single day, and left us with floors shinier than my children’s future. Plus, he actually responds to texts, no waiting three business weeks just to get a quote, or actually having to talk on the phone. Professional, impossibly fast, and a total delight to work with. Robert was very professional.He made contact about his arrival time throughout the process. Our carpet had heavy traffic areas and honestly they look amazing and smell fresh. The price for three bedrooms and dining area was very reasonable. I WILL be using them in the future. I highly recommend True Clean Carpet Service.
