We are currently putting on a sunroom onto our house. Because of so much rain over the last two months, our subflooring had to be replaced two weeks ago. Once the second subflooring was installed, the builders covered it with tarps at the end of each day's work on the job. Needless to say, we had over an inch of rain last Saturday evening and by Sunday morning water was floating on the tarps and fear set in. I called True North Restoration and talked with Joe. He was out to our house by 2:00 pm that Sunday afternoon. He gave us his expertise advice on what should be done to save the second subflooring and we followed through with his decision. I commend Joe and True North Restoration with their quick followup...all on the same day of my phone call to them...as well as the professionalism and courtesy that was given to us all in a few hours. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration that you need. And they deserve more than a 5 ⭐ rating...a 10 ⭐ is even better!

I so trust True North Restoration! Joe F. did excellent work and was very kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. Josh B. was great as well. They both made me feel better about the difficult situation. They also work well with insurance companies. I would definitely use them again!
