Started in July by calling American Home Shield and opening a ticket regarding toilet leak. They were assigned the job. Told me they would have to order a part as home depot doesn't carry it for specific toilet model. Never received a call. Call them several times to be told a technician would be calling and never received a call back. Going on 2 months, i'm forced to hire another plumber.

I called and spoke with multiple companies in the DFW area as I looked to replace my water heater. Jason, Dominic & the crew at Water Heater Guys were communicative, timely, punctual and had the best prices around. I spoke with Jason about my issues, the next day had Dominic come to replace my water heater with a new Bradford White in under 30 minutes. Their pricing was better than 90% of what I was quoted with from other nearby companies. Highly recommend WHG for any plumbing situation that you may be dealing with.
