Started in July by calling American Home Shield and opening a ticket regarding toilet leak. They were assigned the job. Told me they would have to order a part as home depot doesn't carry it for specific toilet model. Never received a call. I called and spoke with multiple companies in the DFW area as I looked to replace my water heater.
