My primary care physician recently recommended physical therapy to help improve my balance and core strength. Having worked with many physical therapists over the years, I can confidently say that Ability Allies is a cut above the rest.My PCP recommended Ability Allies because of their reputation for being highly professional, talented, and well trained, and they absolutely lived up to that reputation. I especially appreciated Julia’s and Amanda's watchful attention to my movements, ensuring both my safety and that I gained the maximum benefit from each exercise.During my time with them, I made significant progress in both my core strength and balance. I've been to Ability Allies several times, by request when my Dr has prescribed PT. Each time I have had friendly and knowledgeable people work with me. What I really appreciate is at Ability, the therapist doesn't give you some exercises to do then walk away and chat in the corner with a co-worker or drink a coffee. They stay with you the whole time.. that feels like professional care. Thanks Ability!

I have been seeing Cam for a vestibular issue. He always explains the issue and the exercises so that I easily understand them. He is professional while also being kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Cam and Ability Allies to anyone needing PT.

Julia and Cam worked with me in dealing with multiple hip and knee issues. They understood my issues and were able to correct my numerous concerns, including a significant muscle imbalance. I have been able to push off surgery (at least for now) and I am extremely grateful.

As a professional athlete, I’ve been going to Ability Allies since they opened in 2022!Natalie, the owner, started treating me in 2022. She was a former D1 field hockey player, which admittedly was a huge draw as a former D1 collegiate runner. She’s treated me for both freak and overuse injuries and is the reason I can keep putting mileage on this middle-aged body to perform at the professional level in triathlon. When I was at a low point this spring, not having run for 5 weeks due to tendonitis from a stingray, I had tears in my eyes as I gimped towards the treatment table. Natalie assured me that this would just be a blip in my season and that I’d get back to full strength. While it was hard to see past my cankle, let alone a few months down the road, her words stuck with me, and she turned out to be correct!With Natalie running the business, I now see Julia, who takes great care of me and references my very long and thorough case file! Anyway, I have immense gratitude for the team here. If you are in the Seacoast area and are dealing with something chronic or freaky 🤪, please please don’t accept that you have to live in pain. We only get one precious body, and the care that Ability Allies provides embodies this.

I heard about Ability Allies from our Stratham Rec Dept. I have been experiencing persistent neck pain and after 3 weeks of appointments and consistently doing the prescribed exercises at home, I am starting to feel less pain and an improvement in the rotation of my head and neck. I can't say enough positive things about Ability Allies. From the minute I open the door, I receive the warmest greetings from either Rachel or Lisa depending on the time I am there. The office is always beautifully decorated for the seasons by Rachel's artistic hands and it truly feels warm and welcoming the moment you walk inside.I've been seeing Jackie and Hannah most often for PT for my neck and they are both extremely knowledgeable, professional and truly fun to be around. I never "want" to have to go to PT but knowing how friendly their office is, and how well they know their stuff, I always leave feeling much better than when I entered.Julia has also been a wealth of information and was the first to pop in her professional opinion on what was going on with some of my muscles.Recently I was just treated by Cam, who came up with some new treatments to help my neck, and in my mind they are seriously magical in producing more movement in the muscles.Everyone there is wonderful! I'm so glad I found them!

I have been going to the Epping facility for a few months now for serious hip & lower back pain. I've had PT in the past, but this time at Ability Allies, has been the best for me with their approach & techniques. I am very pleased with my therapist, Jackie & the treatments she gives plus the way she "cheers" me on! I also see Hannah at intervals for reassessments, to which she is very thorough! I like them both very much & feel confident & secure in their hands!! Oh, then there is Rachel, who is there with a helping hand & welcoming smile. I highly recommend them! 💕

Hannah and Jackie are fantastic. My chronic back strain began two years ago and I was able to make it better on my own, but unable to resolve the issue. In the past month we've made great strides and I've had more days of better function and longer stretches without discomfort.I also had neck strain that lasted a month and one dry needling treatment from Jackie all but resolved it completely!Thank you for making me a healthier, happier, more able person!! 💓
