John was so nice and helped our event by dropping them off earlier. We had a flat tire and he was able to send us a tire repair spray right away. He has really good character and wish all venders are like him. I would recommend to anyone in the area. His carts are luxury, it even had a rear view camera! After calling so many places I finally found “Bubba’s Adventure Carts”that had just one left. John’s customer service was unparalleled from the calls/texts for scheduling to the convenience of delivering the cart out to the Hotel the night before and picking it up for me the day I was leaving. The cart was awesome! It was a lot of fun scooting through the traffic and cruising on the road at 25mph listening to the built in blue tooth speakers. I plan to rent in advance from him every year for the Rod Run going forward!! If you are looking not only for the best cart to rent but the best service this is the place I recommend!! Less

Oh, bubbas adventure carts. Where do I start? My wife and I are from Alabama and finally went on a vacation with our 3 & 4 year old kids. Any one that has kids knows how that can be. My wife ended up carrying my 3 year old and me the 4 year old. On day two I said “im not doing this again all day” so, we started looking for a golf cart company that was reasonable. This was a snap vacation from Alabama and we wanted it to be fun and lots of memories without breaking the bank. I called around and spoke to some many different companies (will not disclose other company names, you can find out for yourself) some companies were over priced, some had rude customer care workers and others just did not seem like they even wanted my business. When I almost gave up I came across -bubbas adventure carts- I spoke to a person named John I believe his name was, who was very full of life and only wanted the best for me and my family while I was in Tennessee. He listened to my needs and what I wanted. After we got done with the paper work I got my golf cart. All I can say is WOW! The carts were very well maintained and you could feel the love that the owners put into the company to ensure the customers were pleased with their product. I am so thankful for this company as my kids not only stopped nagging me but even took a nap on the golf cart while my wife and I enjoyed the beautiful view of Tennessee. If that does not tell you how smooth the ride is then please try it out for yourself. When I got the golf cart I was blown away as I have rented golf carts before and had ripped seats and felt like driving a roller coaster. Not at bubbas, the golf carts were very well maintained, you could tell who ever owns them had his/her heart in the business because they were very well maintained and had full charge.
