We left our first realtor for Susan. She worked so hard for us. She called realtors who showed our house asking why the client didn’t purchase it. Never had any other agent do that. Every Monday we received an update by phone. Susan endured 2 serious physical medical problems while we were selling as well as 4 family deaths and the attention to our sale never wavered. I wondered where she had the time or emotional energy.I would use this team again but wait, I did. She sold my other home 6 years ago. We lived in a neighbor hood with acreage but restrictions to big animals. The average to sell was over a year. We sold in 6 months. Unfortunately she can not sell our present home when the time comes because we now live 800 miles away. She is wonderful.
