We had under-floor ducted installed in our 4 level pole home. It was a difficult job and we were really happy that Alex took the time to figure out a solution that worked for us, managing to get ducts to all parts of the house. We are very happy with the final result. On top of that, his price was better than 2 of the big air-con companies on the Central Coast, communication was excellent and Alex and his team were friendly and punctual.

Alex & team recently installed 12.5kw ducted system for us and removed our old split system from our living area.The new system Includes 4 zones with 6 outlets and Airtouch touch screen controller with individual temp sensors in each zone.Alex organised the electrician to come and install the new circuit as part of the job which was done a few days before the AC install.Everything went well and the install was completed in a day and a half including Airtouch configuration and removal of the old system.Alex & Tom and Mitch the electrician all turned up when expected and cleaned up after themselves along the way.Would recommend 10/10.

Alex and his team were great in completing our 16 kW ducted Aircon install. It was a mix of floor vents and ceiling vents in a two storey five bedroom house. Alex organised everything from the Electrician, all the way through to a carpet layer when an accident happened installing the air vent in the floor. His team were punctual and personable and everything was completed in the timeframe that they had set. With the 37° day that we just had, our house was cool as a cucumber. We can’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend.

Top service from Alex and the team, I definitely recommend them for quality work and attention-to-detail. He really didn't seem to mind all the questions and scenarios and what-ifs that I wanted to talk about 😅 We got a great outcome - individual split-systems in 3 bedrooms. And there were some fiddly things to sort out with the particulars of our house, but Alex always figured it out and was very communicative about the specifics with my wife and I. And I'll mention a few things that stood out to me as big "green flags" as they say:1) due to a change that came from ME about a specific thing, there was going to be a bit of extra charge for the electrical work; Alex was flagging this with me as soon as he knew, and did everything he could to keep it as low as possible. I think Alex considers this just "basic standards", but plenty of operators will just give you a bill at the end of a job for more than the original quote, and just say "that's how it ended up". So I really appreciated the effort Alex put it to keeping me informed about exactly how much I was going to be paying out2) this might sound like a little thing, but I think it speaks so much to character and quality that shows up all through someone's work. When the sparky was on-site, he tracked a little bit of dirt in near the front door. I didn't think anything of it, I was just going to clean it up at the end of the day. But I saw Alex notice it, and immediately grab a dustpan and sort it out. In my experience, whenever I've seen a tradie show this sort of care and respect, they also do very good work.
