Juan Martinez first came to look at our roof and gave us an estimate as to what it would cost. His was the lowest bid we received. He was very thorough, explaining exactly what would be done. He was professional and polite. He told us about damaged areas that could be seen and what would be done to correct them. He and his crew came early and worked hard. After removing the shingles, they found we needed new plywood as well as 22 rafters. Juan took pictures and updated us every few hours on their progress. After a day and a half, the roof was done and looked great. Juan checked to make sure everything was sealed tight and the yard was cleaned well. We would highly recommend Martinez Roofing Solutions LLC, to any of our friends and family.

Martinez evaluation of our previous roof was very professional you can tell his experience just by his knowledge and the pictures of everything to explain the problem areas of my existing roof. He was very informative about what to expect and time frame upon completion. After completing our roof he took amazing drone footage pics to show every portion of the roof.
