We found Charles when we were sick of paying our high rent in San Diego and wanted to see if buying a place makes sense financially. Charles patiently helped us do a thorough search and find an apartment that fit our very demanding criteria. After a long bargaining process, we agreed on price. We bargained very hard, and Charles was very insightful. He worked very hard to get us to the price range we wanted. Unfortunately, the first deal didn’t go through because of an issue with the HOA that the lender didn’t like. Not long after, we found another apartment. Afet another round of bargaining, we got a significant decrease in the price, and we bought our first home.Without Charles, we would give up, especially after the first try. Charles was very patient with us and explained everything in detailed. He was a great team player who helped us get the numbers we wanted and a great educator who patiently explained us everything and let us make the decisions without pressuring or manipulating. Apart from his professional qualities, he is a genuinely good person. We are very glad to meet him and have him as our agent.

Charles did an outstanding job. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This was my first home purchase, Charles was very thoughtful in explaining every part of the process and extensive paperwork to make sure I felt comfortable. He was available any time of day, 7 days a week to make sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable submitting and securing a property. He was able to help setup contractors, inspections, cleaning folks; anything I needed and all his recommendations were fantastic and reasonably priced.
