From now on, Aytech will be my go-to spot for appliance repair. They deserve every one of their five star ratings and more. They came promptly and were incredibly thorough, checked every one of the electronics in my fridge to isolate the problem. A previous company charged me $200 for a visit and told me it would cost well over $1200 to fix the fridge and yet they weren’t entirely sure what the problem was - they just wanted to replace a bunch of the components. Thanks to Aytech, I know that won’t be necessary.

Talle did a fantstic job repairing our dishwasher. He came over to our place shortly after we called him, quickly diagnosed the problem, methodically checked to make sure that there were no related issues and that everything was running ok, and then went above and beyond by helping with a separate issue we had been having relating to how the dishwasher fit in its space. Less expensive and more thorough than the manufacturer technician would have been. Highly recommended.

Our Thermador oven was not working on a Sunday morning and I didn't expect to hear a response for at least a day or two, but Tyler promptly sent a message and offered to come to our home in Watertown to diagnose the issue same-day. It was important to me to have someone who had experience working with Thermador ovens and Tyler's expertise showed. He explained to us the issue and gave us pros and cons of a few options we could take. Ultimately, we felt he gave us a very reasonable price for the repair and had the ordered parts a day earlier than anticipated. He was timely, communicative over text, and we are very pleased with his work. We have saved Tyler's number and plan to call him for future appliance repairs.

Another 5 star review! Great experience. Tyler literally took my refrigerator apart to find a leak that was causing problems. Thorough work and attention to detail. For the time he spent diagnosing and fixing the problem the fee was more than reasonable. And he encouraged me to contact him if the problem reoccurs which tells me they stand behind their work.
