Tyler is amazing! My husband and I are beyond satisfied with his customer service, knowledge, and skill. Our dryer was not heating properly. He cleaned the dryer vent and the dryer, and replaced the heating element. While doing this, he also noticed that the rear rollers were damaged from the high heat, so he replaced both of them as well. Before leaving, Tyler ensured that the dryer was running smoothly without any noise, the airflow is very good, and the temperature was reaching the highest setting. Tyler went above and beyond! He is definitely our “go to” repair man going forward!

I had a washing machine issue with persistent error code e13 blocked drain. I called several places which quoted very high rates. Finally found Tyler and spoke with him. Not only did he have an extremely reasonable price but he first helped me run some troubleshooting while on the phone. He eventually came and fixed the issue at the quoted price. And spent a lot of extra time cleaning some filters and doing some additional cleaning and maintenance for no extra charge. Its clear he is an old school tech who cares about customers and long term stability of their appliances all at a great price. Also very easily available over the phone. This is someone you want to save in ur phone for the long term.

I called Tale after the appliance company folks told us we have to replace the gas stove, dishwasher and washer dryer all of which had minor issues like stuck gas stove valve, dishwasher soft open not working well and washer door not staying upright.He was very quick to respond, thoroughly diagnosed each of them and was able to repair them very efficiently. He removed a stone stuck in the washer door (potentially from my son's pockets) and that fixed it. He said the spring on the dishwasher door needed a new rope and that fixed it. For the stove, he was able to give us a clear picture of how much the valve replacement would cost vs a new appliance so we felt very comfortable choosing the option that made most sense to us.Very happy to have someone who we feel is so trustworthy and definitely recommend him to all!

It was important to me to have someone who had experience working with Thermador ovens and Tyler's expertise showed. He explained to us the issue and gave us pros and cons of a few options we could take. My dishwasher was leaking and he came out right away to help. He was methodical about diagnosing the problem. While he didn't have the part on him he knew which part to order and even got the part for a cheaper price to save me some money. I'd happily call him back for any other problems with my applicances!
