Amazing from start to finish! I can't thank you enough for looking after us so well. HydraFlow were excellent, response time was within 24 hours and kept me informed throughout. When at the property, problem was diagnosed within minutes and rectified straight away within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend! Before & after photos tell only part of the story. Like a fool, I was using a multi tool to separate and remove old chipboard boarding in the eaves of our house, when... what's that hot water? Yep, heating pipes right next to the lower surface of the boarding, one of the two pipes nicked through. Emergency call to my home insurer finally brought me Lawrence (hope I have the spelling right) from CET (the company to which my insurer obviously outsources its emergency service) and then to Hydraflow (presumably the plumbing company which CET called in). Lawrence was first-class, can't fault anything he did, it was all done with care (not easy given the confined space in my eaves, and Lawrence ain't tiny, plus as per photos there were two 28mm heating pipes only a few millimetres apart). He was also very tolerant of me staring over his shoulder at everything he did - and he was happy to talk through all the precautions he was taking to get conditions just right (bone-dry, burr-free, and nothing flammable nearby) ready for the solder ring couplings and the blowtorch. Monday morning. Desperate drain blockage with sewerage backing up into the garden. Contacted Hydraflow to see if they covered my area. They messaged back immediately confirming they could. Arrived within a couple of hours with all the kit. Blockage cleared. Job done and dusted quickly, efficiently and tidied up wonderfully afterwards. I messaged this company on Instagram to ask if they could resolve an issue I had with my washing machine hose flooding my cupboard. They replied very fast and got me booked in the next working day. Had a blockage in my kitchen waste pipe that three plumbers tried to fix all unsuccessfully Called this lad, he gave me a very fair price before he started, turned up in two hours, worked the problem out, fixed it and left all tidy. Very happy highly recommend him. Less
