Lawrence came round today on an emergency basis as waste drainage was completely blocked. Pricing was transparent, no call out charge and resolved the issue. Very professional and polite. Got straight to reviewing the issue and then onto the job and kept me informed of what he was doing (I wish I took pictures of the before - I show only the after when the drain was cleaned) and shared with me a report. I couldn't be happier! I also asked him to unblock sink drains which he did. Saved to my list of trusted traders. I highly recommend Lawrence and this company.

I called Lawrence out 2am this morning as I had a major blockage in my toilet, he arrived in less than an hour and had the job completed in no time, I was expecting an extortionate price due to the time and severity of the job but he was very reasonable and I will definitely be using him again

Unfortunately could not fix my blocked drain.Initially very responsive but once the callout fee was paid they ignored my emails, provided no aftercare and the promised referral to a company with better equipment.

Amazing service. Day before completion on my sale ripped the isolation tap off of the hot water feed for my washing machine. Water going everywhere!!!Lawrence attended quickly, with a patient and knowledgable approach to the problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him for repairs or maintenance work. A credit to his trade.
