My son's e-bike kept getting an error code so I took it to Electric RVA. Francisco confirmed the code and then checked all the wires. 3 minutes later he said the problem was fixed. I said you're kidding me, he replied take it for a ride. I offered to give him something for his honesty, he said no , it was just a loose wire. I left the tip anyway. Will take my e-bikes to him going forward.

Got my Surron Moxin controller from these guys - so glad I went through them instead of ordering at any other store online. i would not take my e-bike anywhere else they dialed my brakes and put new tires on even came to my house to put on new brake pads i would recommend to anyone with e-bikes!

If I could give 6 Stars I would! Billy went out of his way to open on a Saturday… fixed my son’s bike while we waited and did it for a great price! He also had all parts on hand! I cannot recommend Electric RVA enough!!!
