Kilian from Kobu Smart has a very positive friendly approach . I had problems sending a Zip File after I converted it after a Zoom Recording - I did everything that I normally do but didn't send. Kilian spoke through it with me and I still 'didn't get it' so he dialled into my laptop and literally solved the problem in seconds - which was fantastic. The best thing Kilian did was show me how to solve the problem in case it happened in the future. I would really recommend Kobu Smart to anyone who needs to design a website either from scratch or an existing one. In our case they build our web from scratch and the service has been amazing.
