She worked tirelessly to sell our house, which we did sell within a couple weeks for a price we were happy with. If you’re looking for a realtor who can juggle 16 bowls of chowder while riding a lawnmower through the middle of Cape Cod bay, then Kristen is your gal. I’m not even sure she’s human. She handled everything to do with my home sale so effortlessly, the only thing I had to worry about was the two birds who kept chasing each other in the street—I thought they were trying to sabotage the private showings! Kristen was so knowledgeable and responsive to texts all day long that I actually considered texting her at 9 p.m. one night to ask her if time travel is scientifically possible. I didn’t ask her—but almost. My home had a ton of interest and I accepted an offer over asking within the first 24 hours. Sorcery, I tell you! When first looking online for a realtor in southeastern, MA, her name was one of the first to pop up based on reviews. She went above and beyond, sold my house FAST, and she didn’t disappoint. I rarely ever write reviews, but this was one that had to be written. 10 stars out of 5. Forever grateful.

Kristen was great to work with. She took videos and did FaceTime showings when I couldn’t be there. Kristen also helped me get set up with inspections and helped ensure the process from offer to inspection to contract to purchase went as smoothly as could be. I highly recommend her.
