Stayed for two nights with my wife and it was indeed a lovely experience. Rooms are well maintained and clean. We booked on FB basis and food was delicious and more than enough for 2. Views were great and we enjoyed staying on the view point mostly… town is walking distance from the place and it was very convenient for us.

Spent 3 absolutely wonderful nights at Mediwake Bungalow. The entire property is very well kept, clean, tidy, and peaceful. We were very comfortable throughout our stay.The caretaker, Nihal, and the chef, Herath, took care of everything, and went out of their way to make sure that we were well looked after. The food was brilliant, especially the home-style rice and curry.The owner, Shamil, also checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and arranged a local guide as well because we wanted to hike.The bungalow is also well located if you are someone who is interested in hiking, and there are a lot of treks in close proximity.We will definitely be back, and are already looking forward to our next visit!
