Had them do an HVAC and furnace professional inspection during my due diligence and honestly it wasn’t very helpful. The report had technical info and did say the system is past its life expectancy, but it never clearly said if the furnace is actually functioning properly or what condition they’re in. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a straight answer, and even then it was vague like “it could last years” or “we can’t predict the future” might also fail anytime and that replacing it would give peace of mind. That just puts the decision back on me instead of providing a clear professional assessment. That’s not helpful when you’re on a deadline trying to make a decision. What was clear was the quote to replace the system, but not the actual condition of the existing one.Wouldn’t use them again.
