Booked bus connection for our all staff PD day this past Wednesday on 8/19. It was an amazing experience from working with Chris and our driver, Jimmy. Bus connection made everything super easy and bus was very clean and comfortable. Mostly importantly, price is really fair given the high-quality service Bus Connection has provided. Highly recommend using this local vendor!

I work for the TRIO Upward Bound/Upward Bound Math & Science program in Colorado. This August, we took 20 students and four staff to Chicago, IL for their Educational Excursion. To assist with navigating the city, we utilized Bus Connection, which provided charter bus services. The service provided by Bus Connection was amazing! We loved our bus driver Ronald so much!!! He was super knowledgeable and always got us to our destinations on time. When we needed him to pick us up or to come back because a student forgot something on the bus, he was super attentive and willing.Thank you for making our trip to Chicago a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

I used the Bus Connection twice in the month of July in Chicago. Once for a family reunion and the other for a girls trip, with a party of 18. When I tell you they are the BEST!They always arrived early, drivers are very friendly and professional. Vehicles clean and comfortable. I found their prices to be the best in the Chicago area.I rarely write reviews but after working as a Sr. Manager in Customer Service, I had to give them a shout out! Use them, you won't regret it!

We used Bus connection for an office event this month. The communication was excellent. The bus was clean and comfortable. Sarge (Sargon) was our driver. He was friendly and professional. It was a particularly icy night and the roads were ugly but Sarge got us home safely. I would highly recommend this company.

The service was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. We rate it 100 out of 10. A++++++++++ from the initial pickup to the drop off.My organization appreciates their professionalism. Their response time could not have been better. They made me feel comfortable with explaining each step regarding scheduling and did not make be feel bad because it was my first time scheduling a bus.The driver, Andrey, was...as our contact in Indiana. One of our passengers who managed the pick up location stated, "Andrey, was a hoot! I totally enjoyed him. He felt like family. We talked like we've known each other for years!" Andrey was on time, professional, courteous, personable, and an excellent driver. And, he was flexible regarding our time schedule. Will we use Bus Connection again? Heck yes!
