Be wary of companies that show only positive reviews. Review systems aren't a reliable indicator of actual service, and my experience with Kings of Electrical shows a different reality than what their rating suggests.I contacted Kings of Electrical on July 15 with a detailed job brief, including floor plans and photos, for a TV mount, additional power/ethernet points, and related cabling work.Timeline:July 15: Initial enquiry sent with full job details and photos.July 16: Same day acknowledgement, saying details had been passed to their electrician, Luke, and that I'd be contacted if a site visit was needed.July 21: First follow up requesting a status update. No response.July 25: Second follow up, stating I needed the info to proceed. No response.July 27: Reply received, apologizing for the delay and citing staff being away on placement.August 6: Third follow up. No response.August 11: Fourth follow up, noting I'd been trying to get a response for weeks.August 11: Reply received the same day, again apologizing and citing staff being away and the remaining electrician being overloaded.More than a month (July 15 to today, August 20th), I initiated every single follow up. The company never proactively updated me at any point, and to date I still have not received an actual quote, just two apologies for non-response with no concrete timeline given either time.A business that only communicates when repeatedly chased, and offers apologies instead of solutions, raises real questions about the quality of their work.I'm happy to publish the full email communication in full if the company disputes any part of this account.
