Ricardo and Andrew of DM1 are professional and a life saver. They restored my stairs when no one else seem to know what to do. They are effficient and trustworthy to complete your project. I would definitely recommend D1 Improvements. Ricardo was professional, offered multiple solutions and eventually supported our decision to remove and replace our damaged engineered hardwood floors. He was willing to allow us to shop for the flooring but also brought samples with very competitive pricing. His offer was reasonable. His crew was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He did not exceed his estimate. Ricardo was very meticulous. Although removing the existing glued floor was a lot of work, he and his team completed the work. They moved furniture and arranged debris pickup. I would use D1 for future renovations. I will add more photos once everything is ready.

Was looking for someone to repair a large swell in the hardwood floor in my living room and came across D1 Improvements. Ricardo came out promptly and found what caused the problem. While talking, I learned that he and his partner did a number of things, so I showed him my unfinished bathroom renovation. I let them complete my bathroom, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE, MY NEWLY RENOVATED SHOWER AND SOAKING TUB. Ricardo and Andrew are MASTER Craftsmen! They also finished items from my unfinished whole home repipe, wall repair, the swell in the hardwood floor in my living room, and a ceiling repair. They were presented with numerous challenges, but they were upfront and honest at all times. Most of all, I appreciate and love that they are passionate and truly care about the work product they produce.
