I worked with Jasmine for over two years and can't recommend her highly enough. I hit midlife and was really struggling with low energy. I knew I needed to look at my diet but didn't really know where to start. Jasmine offerd a really comprehensive holistic approach but one that was also personalised through 1 to 1s, and centered in women's health. I now think about the composition of food types on my plate, making sure I get enough protein and veggies, and am confident I'm taking the right supplements. I also now have an understanding of what exercise I should be doing each week and for how long, and the nutrition and exercise blueprint she provided is a fantastic resourse. She also provided lots of great recipies which was super helpful and my favourite, walnut chilli, has become a staple in my home! She is lovely to work with and really understands women's health.
