Rotem was referred to my husband and I by our contractor. We were looking to borrow for extensive renovations to our home. Rotem took extremely good care of us throughout our loan process from start to closing. He was always available, no matter the time of day and on weekends, to respond to our texts, emails, and/or calls answering our million and one questions with patience and understanding.
