Had our windows and porch fitted by Kris and David 2 days ago, wow what a fantastic team. From their arrival, they were kind and communicated brilliantly of what their plan was to do. They took care in everything they did by even moving things out of the way and placing a towel over to keep items clean from dust, its the little things like this that I respect. They kept me up to date throughout the day making sure they got every detail correct even down to which way we would like our door to open, the job was done within the day whilst keeping the quality of the fitting fantastic. The quality of the windows and doors are amazing we are still in shock of how much it has changed the look of the house now. We even got shown how to use the front door keys which was very helpful as the keys were very different to our old ones. Delighted with Signature Windows! We contacted Signature Windows and Stuart came over on appointmenet to discuss the options to replace our downstairs windows. He took time to talk to us and show us the materials etc and help us make an informed decision. There was no hard sell, no pushy nonsence and no patter, just good knowledge and a friendly approach. A surveyor came as promised within a week and the window appointment was confirmed shortly after. Dave then arrived s agreed with a colleague to do the installation and after a friendly introduction he kept us informed of the start and finish times each day, which way he would make his way round the house and what we could expect in terms of noise and disruption etc. Each window went in as promised and I genuinely wouldn't have known they had been there in terms of dust or mess because everything was cleaned up as they moved round. When you save for big jobs on your home, it is really satusfying to sit back and feel happy with the results. Thanks so much to the Signature team (especially Dave!) for being fab! (ps. There was no pressure to purchase from them and they stayed in contact once I had decided to purchase. They are honest, very trustworthy and reliable. They have done a great job fitting a front door and side panels for me. The workmanship, attention to detail and clean up afterwards was excellent. In fact I couldn't fault it!. The door and panels are top quality and are going to last many many years. It has made such a difference to the front of my house and probably my heating bills. The communication was second to none and when it came to the installation, what can I say..... an absolutely perfect job that totally transforms the house, not only from the outside but also from the inside. The quality of the doors and the triple glazed abstract glass gives a really premium finish. The only problem I see is that I now need to work on the rest of the house to bring it up to the same standard. Well done guys!
