The chain link fence that we had was falling over and we had to deal with stray dogs coming through the fence. This was not a safe environment for our baby to grow up and play in, but we knew our backyard had potential. Thanks to Jamal and his team, they were able to turn our vision into a reality. The shoddy chain link fence was replaced with a sturdy, secure block wall, giving our backyard a new sense of security. The dirt and weeds were replaced with a beautiful landscape design that is kid friendly. Our baby looks forward to playing in the backyard everyday now - he gets excited to put on his shoes to go play in the grass and pool. We are so excited for all of the memories that will be created in our new backyard.When other companies didn’t give us the time of day, Jamal and the guys at Better Life Landscape and Design came through with A+ service. About four years ago, I hired this company to do work in my front yard, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and well organized. From the initial communication to the completion of the project, they were always professional, easy to work with, and very responsive. Jamal came out to my residence back in SEP ‘25. We had come up with the design since then, but since we are new to AZ we wanted to do our due diligence before committing to a specific company. What set Better Life Landscape was the communication. If we had questions, concerns, etc, Jamal was very professional and addressed all of said concerns/questions. So, we decided to go with Jamal in DEC ‘25. The plan was executed in two phases: the Pergola, and then the rest. It’s amazing the amount of work they did to our backyard in such a short period of time, but they definitely delivered on the vision we had. We are very pleased with Jamal, his crew, and Better Life Landscape as a whole. We will definitely reach out to Jamal for our next project, front yard. Highly, highly, recommend these guys.
