I had great service here overall. Vincent’s been great and really knows his stuff with the kegs!Make sure to check your account is applied before payment, it was disappointing to learn that loyalty points couldn’t be added after the purchase even if the account was made well before the transaction.I just wanted to mention the gas line fastener might be a bit loose-it clicks and resets when I try to tighten it, so it could be faulty. I’ll give it another try later since I was getting some backsplash from my brew. **UPDATE I had a spare gas line fastener from a home brew setup I got from marketplace which worked when I tightened it. The fasteners from what I googled are meant to be single use, I think I just got unlucky with the faulty fastener but the gas regulator works perfectly!

This is a special gem for anyone who wants to learn brewing from scratch. The place is clean and the team makes the whole experience fun and approachable. The staff genuinely care about helping you choose the right beer/wine for your taste! They do everything here from beer, seltzers, wine, etc!

We have been using Terminal City to brew our beer for the past 25 years. Never a bad batch!!! The staff are very knowledgable and very helpful. Selection of beer is amazing and prices are also very reasonable

Terrible communication! A few weeks ago I contacted Terminal Brewing for custom made wine labels. Bryn answered right away that they could do it in the time I needed, and gave me a template which we talked about, but then disappeared. I sent the completed template. Nothing. I called the shop, they couldn't help, they said to message him again, Bryn works remotely, and I was told there had been a power outage at the shop. I left messages. Nothing. I was left scrambling last minute. They lost a customer for labels or for any future products.
