This was hands down the most helpful auto body shop I’ve ever been to. They were so kind and accommodating, I can’t recommend them enough!I had a trailer hitch come through the front grille of my car right before they were about to close. They stayed open for me and happily removed it without hesitation. On top of that, they quickly buffed out a few scratches for free.I truly can’t say enough good things about them. It’s not always easy to find honest, quality people in the car industry, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I was taken here by a tow truck and I was nervous because I was new to the area and didn't know the shop. But they were so nice, they took their time to explain what my car would need. I left feeling really comfortable with what they were going to do. They kept me updated on progress and got me my car sooner than anticipated. I would absolutely go back to this shop.

I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Hugo at Ventura auto body and collision! He restored my 2019 Ford Edge back to exactly how it was before my head on collision the car was almost totaled and Hugo made it look like brand new again. Hugo was also an absolute pleasure to deal with I will always go back if I need to in the future!

Hugo took great care to make sure my car is restored properly. I can’t tell that the car was ever damaged. I only have liability insurance and this was a hit and run. Hugo worked with me on the fair price since I had to pay for it myself. I would recommend his shop to anyone.

While using Ventura as a base to explore California's Central Coast as research for writing a tour guide, I had an unfortunate too-close-encounter with a deer on the 101 freeway near Lompoc, which led to needing auto body shop services. Fortunately, the first shop I approached for an estimate to submit to my insurance company was Ventura Auto Body. Owner Hugo offered to provide, in essence, 'concierge' service, to me as a somewhat "shell shocked" traveler, offering to handle all the details for getting my car repaired through my insurance to allow me to continue with my travel plans. When a later exploration excursion on the Central Coast led to a second unfortunate episode of wildlife-caused vehicle damage I turned again to Hugo at Ventura Auto Body to take the entire problem of an insurance claim repair from me so that I could continue uninterrupted on my tour guide research explorations. I recommend Ventura Auto Body as the first place to bring any auto repair problem-likely it will be the only shop you need to contact to address even the most complicated repair need.Shauna Turner the VERY American Tour guide.
