Been going to Jennifer for a few years now. Started with prenatal massages, have had her deep tissue massages and today I tried her Cryo massage which was amazing. I’m coming off an injury to my shoulder and this evening my shoulder feel like there nothing been wrong with it. Very cool new type of massage/therapy out there. Definitely should try it!

Jennifer is absolutely amazing! My husband bought me a massage certificate to Jennifer for Christmas and I've become a regular. Her deep tissue massages are the main thing that really help alleviate my neck and back pain. I just tried adding on the cryotherapy after my deep tissue massage and it felt amazing on my muscles. It really is like an ice pack on steroids and my muscles dont feel sore at all. Definitely recommend!

Jen is a miracle worker! I came in with so much pain in my hips and IT band from lifting and running, I was totally locked up and was having to cut back on exercise because of the pain and worsening range of motion. She talked to me about what I was feeling and we made a plan to focus on the worst areas so that I could get out of pain and back to baseline as soon as possible. One session of deep tissue made a huge difference, and after a month or so I was starting to feel normal again. We’ve continued with maintenance, and Jen is keeping me pain-free. I’m back to pushing my workouts as hard as I want to, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She’s the BEST and I’d recommend her to absolutely anyone needing therapeutic massage, sports massage, or just a really really relaxing experience!
