We had a water damage that started from the bathroom plumbing.I was recommended to Property Damage Restoration Services-PDRS by both a friend and also our manager.They came and vacuumed up the water, but some water got under our vinyl on the slab too.Kevin and PDRS recommended removing the damaged flooring.They did that, and dried all wetmaterials down, after applyingdisinfectants and deodorizersto make things safer.No mold developed over the week of drying it out.And our floor is gonna be fixedby the Manager.I recommend PDRS and Kevinto anyone with water or molddamage or concerns.They made things easier to deal with.
