Mina was fantastic to work with on our luxury development. He helped us put together a great finance solution, unlock equity and take some of the cash flow pressure off us throughout the build. What I really appreciated was that Mina genuinely understood what we were trying to achieve. He understands the challenges that come with delivering a project and thinks beyond just getting a loan approved. He took the time to understand our situation and find a solution that worked for us.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mina to other developers. It’s reassuring to have someone in your corner who understands the business from both sides and genuinely wants to help you get the best outcome.

I have been in and around property, construction and development for 15 years and one thing I always look for in consultants and partners is working with people who have runs on the board and actually put their own capital on the line through their own developments. Mina and the team have been exceptional to deal with on multiple occasions when looking at projects from feasibility studies, extensive DD and knowledge around funding. I would highly recommend Mina and the team to anyone looking for an experienced partner on their development journey.
