Thanks to their well-executed collaboration and vision, Renaissance offered clear expectations to its customers well in advance of the start date. Brian, our project manager, would clearly communicate and explain the current challenge and best options to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Any questions would be clarified and explained to ensure that the customer was making an informed decision. Before selecting a remodeling company, I asked a local architect for recommendations.
