We absolutely love Dr. Ward and wouldn’t trust our animals with anyone else. She has always taken such amazing care of them and truly cares about every animal that comes through her doors. When we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old dog, she made one of the hardest days so much easier and made sure she was surrounded with love. We’re so thankful for Dr. Ward and everything she does for our family. ❤️

The care she provides goes far beyond simply treating an animal—it is evident that she genuinely cares about both her patients and the people who love them.My fiancé, Joey first met Lori in 2020, when she took over the care of his sweet Gypsy girl. I had the privilege of meeting Lori in 2023, and from the beginning, I quickly understood why Joey trusted her so completely with Gypsy. Lori continued caring for her throughout the remaining years of her life until her recent passing. The compassion, kindness, patience, and genuine love she showed Gypsy—especially during the most difficult moments—meant more to us than words can adequately express. 🐶🥹🐾When someone cares for your pet through so many seasons of their life, they become part of their story. Dr. Lori will always be a special part of Gypsy’s, and we will forever be grateful for the care and dignity she gave her.Now, we are incredibly thankful to have that same trusted care for our Gus.
