They tried to save me money where they could. When I had to take it back because of a communication issue with my car and the new door, they fixed it and let me know exactly what caused the issue. Hands down the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with getting my car repaired after an accident. Drew and his team are so professional and deliver a first class customer experience from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout every step of the process and had my car ready in just over a week. They also worked diligently with our insurance company to make the whole process as seamless as possible. On top of that, they do superb work and pay attention to every single detail.

We've had 2 vehicles repaired with them in the last 6 months and they have truly done an amazing job! This last visit though was quite the challenge! Poor Justin had to repaint my bumper 3x by no fault of his own (wrong info in the system). He figured it out and it matches perfectly!!! I am so grateful for how hard they worked to get it all right both times. They have gone above and beyond. While I don't care to see them anytime soon. I do highly recommend if ya'll need someone.... they're where it is at!! Call Andrew and Drew. They'll take care of ya!

This shop is by far the best and most professional I have ever worked with. Drew and the guys that work there go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and done correctly. My car was not ready by the time my rental was due back and they offered to pay for a rental until it was done (I didn't need it because I have other vehicles but I've never had a business offer that). When my car was done, it was late on Friday afternoon and my husband was working nights so I had no way to pick it up, they actually delivered my car to my house (from Athens to Ardmore). They are top notch and I will make sure to take any future vehicles to them.
