Crawl Space Ninja did a wonderful job! From first contact with Michelle, to a job well done with Gary, Jesse, and Darren, I am completely satisfied. Inspection was thorough, pictures appreciated, scheduling went smoothly, payment and what I was paying for was well explained verbally and in writing, attention to detail was paid to the job completion. Gary headed the actual hands-on part of the job and was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, communicative, hard-working, thorough. The actual sealed basement makes a HUGE difference. I am very happy I spent the money to do this. I feel like my lungs, family, and home appreciate the effort.

Talked to a lady who would not come to my house but gave me an "estimate" over the phone. You wonder how? Me too. She seemed as if I was bothering her. Carlton came out from Groundworks and we are having our crawlspace encapsulated on the 7th of July. Strange way to do business.
