3-YEAR UPDATE*Bought the Silver Package for over $10k....Initial installation was clean and looked like what I paid for. After a few weeks I noticed the humidity not changing so I went to investigate and found the entire back of the encapsulation was not sealed or connected, just laying on the dirt ground. I called and they sent some ppl out for an hour and they put 2x4s down and scattered some sod pins and unloaded a lot of foam. It was okay but not the professional job I paid for. After 1 year we had the Hurricane and the crawlspace flooded under the encapsulation. I paid extra for a sump pump and drain while they were here after they 'found' water. (LESSON 1- Get add ons in the contract) The sump pump was improperly installed and without backup eventhough I was told it had one. Keep in mind all of the installation was covered with white plastic. The New Owner said my sump pump installation was not warranteed bc they had no record of it. I ripped up the encapsulation around the sump and the didn't use one stone of gravel. Poor installation. As a favor to me they had a worker drop off some materials so I could repair the encapsulation myself. Over the next 2 years mostly all of the seems have come undone and the tape at the seems is not permanent. I've spent countless hours repairing and redoing an expensive and poor installation. Recently the 'plumbing' they installed for the sump pump failed and the leak caused more problems. Thanks for nothing.

Gary and Jesse were great to work with. Solid communication, did nice work, and walked me through everything upon completion.I'm only editing to add some more positive information. The above review was posted prior to my ability to do a thorough walk through. Gary and Jesse did fine work, so I'm not changing that statement. I found a couple of items that I felt needed attention. Working with Zach, Michelle, and Gary I felt very good about how these issues were addressed. I think it is important, as a company to customer relationship, to highlight how concerns are handled. Many companies these days do not want to back up their work, they just want to get in and get out. The Ninja team did a nice job of working with me on the issues we identified, were prompt to respond, and were prompt to get into action. That to me speaks volumes, and further deserves a 5 star rating. I love my upgrade, I'm super happy, and I would recommend this team to handle whatever services you need. THANK YOU NINJAS. Special thanks to Zach and Gary for coming out on their day off as well.

After getting quotes and meeting other contractors, I had the best experience with Crawl Space Ninjas. I spoke with Michelle on the phone and knew this woman hated mold and would do everything needed to mitigate the mold in my crawl space. When she came out for the inspection she was honest and trustworthy and suggested only what was needed to mitigate and presented options that were only in our best interest. Trevor came out to do the work and was so kind and considerate. He definitely went above and beyond working with me and my electrician all along the way. When the work was completed, my electrician had one more adjustment he wanted to make and Trevor had absolutely no problem getting back in there to incorporate the electricians need to complete the job! Crawl space ninjas is by far THE BEST company I have ever worked with. Michelle and Trevor went above and beyond in every step of this job. Don't bother with any other companies, just go to the best in town and request Michelle and Trevor!!

Crawl space ninja are literally our heroes!! We had our crawl space encapsulated incorrectly by another company a couple of years ago and it emitted the STRONG odor of CAT URINE!! It continued to get worse. I thought I was losing my mind. The other company just told me to call my exterminator! My exterminator is the one who told me what was going on! So in came crawl space ninja to save the day. They were amazing. They came promptly and explained what had happened. They pulled the other out and redid our crawl space and now we can happily breathe in our house once again. They are a great team of people. I can’t thank them enough!! Definitely recommend them for all your crawl needs!!

I can't say enough good things about Crawl Space Ninja of Asheville. Michelle and crew exceeded my expectations. They were able to move quickly with the encapsulation installation. This allowed me to get my townhome on the market quicker than I anticipated. Michelle has also been able to field a few questions from potential buyers. If you live in WNC, I highly recommend this company.

We had an exceptional experience with Crawl Space Ninja of Asheville and highly recommend! The whole experience was top notch. Michelle examined the crawl space and explained everything in detail. Her explanation of the covered work and payment was thorough. Scheduling with Zach was easy and he was able to accommodate a change with the install date. Gary and Jesse were an amazing team with the install. They were professional, meticulous and incredibly knowledgeable. If you have humidity concerns in your basement (like I did), don't keep putting it off. Crawl Space Ninja is a winner!
