My request for refinancing was handled by Joe Jankowski and this was a very positive experience. I have not done this kind of thing for many years. My request was a complicated refinancing with cash out and I came out of this with more than I asked for and expected at first. As we talked about what I wanted to accomplish, Joe came up with suggestions that resulted in my saving more than a thousand dollars a month, enabling me to retire from a difficult and demanding job.I especially appreciate two aspects of this. Joe pressed to complete the process both efficiently and effectively, so that the loan closed in only 24 days. He also kept his full attention on the aspects of this that were most important to me, making sure I got more than I thought I would get in the refinancing.
