This was confirmed by text and the name of the electrician was provided. Lee, the electrician actually arrived within 30 minutes and he was amazing too. Once again calm, friendly and professional. The fault was swiftly diagnosed and power restored. As the property had been empty for a year Lee went above and beyond and checked that the system was safe before leaving. What a star.
