Steve was absolutely AMAZING! He was professional, very knowledgeable, a great communicator and educator! His price was great and he stuck by his quote without upselling. He fixed our dryer vent, cleaned out the ductwork and provided pictures to assure us of his work. He even insisted on going in the attic to check every possible connection. Bonus; he even cleaned up thoroughly, and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left, as well ensuring that we can call him afterwards for any questions or concerns. We couldn't have asked for any better technician or service. Really OUTSTANDING!
