I have been with Kiesau Insurance for eight years and they never disappoint. From the kindness and professionalism of their agents, to their proactive approach to doing what is best for their clients, they are #1 in my book. Last year, we were faced with an increase in both car and home insurance to 4x what it was previously due to the CA market and fire rating (we are rated at the and supposedly 4 or more is a risk - smh). My agent explained that the market changes every year and assured me they would work to find another solution. Sure enough, without me calling, they reduced back down to our previous rates this year and took the time to explain what the changes meant and how they had researched both companies.
