I contacted them about getting insurance about a month before my policy expired. They sent me a quote and everything looked good. I hadn't heard from them for a while, so I reached it a few days before the policy would start to make sure everything was set. They asked about escrow and I answered them promptly. Then a few months later, I heard from my escrow company that they have not received an... More

I hadn't heard from them for a while, so I reached it a few days before the policy would start to make sure everything was set. They asked about escrow and I answered them promptly. Then a few months later, I heard from my escrow company that they have not received any insurance info. So I reach out again, and I find out that they never started my insurance policy. Additionally, they refuse to honor the same rates and policies that I had agreed to months ago. This has been such a frustrating waste of time that I wish I had never reached out to them for quotes in the first place. Less
